- This year in February we had a drop in punctuality, which was related to the start of the next phase of railway infrastructure modernization and changes in rail traffic organisation. The situation improved with the correction of the annual train timetable on 10 March. The modernization works are necessary and will improve train times and punctuality. The main challenges are for the Śląskie and Mazowieckie voivodships, where modernisation works are carried out at railway junctions which are part of international transport corridors - points out Ignacy Góra, President of the Office of Rail Transport.
