The annual report "Polish railways in 2013 – market operation and traffic safety” was created in order to bring the functioning of the Polish railways in 2013 closer to English-speaking public. The report is supplemented by the assessment of railway traffic safety. This document is a precise diagnosis reflecting the current condition as well as the perspectives for the development of the railway market in Poland.
