Fulfilling the obligation arising from Article 3 and Article 7 of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1077/2012 of 16 November 2012 on a common safety method for supervision by national safety authorities after issuing a safety certificate or safety authorisation (O. J. of the European Union L 320 of 17 November 2012, p. 3 et seq.), which imposes the obligation to develop a strategy and a supervision plan, and to present the general objectives of this strategy, decision-making criteria and appeal submission procedures, the President of the Office of Rail Transport outlines the general supervision objectives for 2014-2015.
