Comparing year-on-year, in June the value of transport and operation performance also increased - by 6.8% and 8.6%, respectively. In the first six months of 2018, a total of nearly 124 million tons was transported by rail, transport work exceeded 29.1 billion ton-km, and operational performance nearly 43 million km. These values in comparison to the first half of 2017 are higher by 8.5%, nearly 13% and 14.5% respectively.
Railway operators transported for the six months of this year by 9.7 million tons more than in the same period last year. Operational performance has increased the most.
